Christmas market

Stop by and let the various scents and twinkling lights put you in the Christmas spirit.

On Saturday, November 25, 2023, from 1:30 to 8 pm, the traditional Christmas market will take place in the car free village center of Schwellbrunn. At about forty booths you will find everything from Christmas flower arrangements to angels, jewelry, crafts, handicrafts, bags, books, calendars and candles to bring joy to others or yourself.
There will also be food and drink of all kinds available at the stalls and in the Schwellbrunn restaurants as well as in the Kafistobe in the parish hall. The little ones can listen to Christmas stories in the storytelling tent in the church. And at 5:15 p.m., the children's lantern procession begins, concluding with singing in front of the church. Santa Claus and Schmutzli look forward to many sayings or songs and will gladly reward the youngest with something from their large, filled sack. Let the day end and enjoy the concert in the church at 8:00 pm.
