I train and coach leaders and teams who are working in a global environment. My aim is to create understanding and to provide pragmatic and sustainable solutions to successfully manoeuvre in a global setting.
I draw on my years of international experience to help clients develop strategies and to create value that can be leveraged to succeed in a changing environment and to help companies improve performance in the workplace.
I prepare expats for their overseas assignments in Belgium, France, Germany, Japan or Switzerland providing them with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of day to day life and business culture. I also train on country specific leadership skills.
I coach expat partners who would like to find a meaningful occupation while expatriated. I support them in finding a fulfilling occupation by following their career path, going back to college, changing their career, setting up their own business or engaging in volunteer work.
