Aus biologischen Botanicals, teilweise aus dem eigenen Garten, produzieren wir in Basel, Schweiz in kleinen Chargen unseren King Quail Gin. Nach der Vakuumdestillation ruht der Gin für ca. 1 Monat in 25-Liter-Glasballons, bis er perfekt gereift ist. Neben dem Gin haben wir auch Vermouth und Amaro im Sortiment.
