11:30 a.m.: departure from the villages to the reception area
12.30 pm : official part on the reception place (préau du Cycle d'Orientation)
1:30 pm : procession with 34 music societies and numerous floats / groups
15h00 : concerts under the canteen
6:00 pm : ball with the Magic Men orchestra
From 6:00 pm: official meal of the companies followed by the closing of the event
