This emblematic event, which has been bringing the community together since 1974, invites you to celebrate summer in a spirit of sharing and authentic festivities.

The day kicks off at 10:30 a.m. with a mass sung by the Concordia choir on the Place du Village, marking the start of the festivities. At noon, witness the traditional carving of beef, which will have simmered overnight on a spit, guaranteeing exceptional flavor and tenderness.
For an enriched experience, book a table for 8 people for CHF 400. This package includes two Valais dishes to share, 8 plates of beef, 8 Valais cakes, with 2 bottles of Fendant and 2 bottles of Gamay to complete your feast.
In the afternoon, from 1:30 p.m. onwards, the atmosphere is stepped up a notch with a concert by Lungo & Mil, who will have you vibrating to the rhythm of the music. And for those who decide to join us spontaneously, a beef plate will be available for CHF 25.00, without prior reservation.
And the party doesn't stop there! Stay with us for the evening broadcast of the Euro final match, sharing sporting and gastronomic emotions in an idyllic setting.

Cancellation between 13 days and 24 hours before the event: partial refund with deduction of 50% of the amount paid*.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: no refund possible*.
* If the customer cancels due to illness or accident, a medical certificate must be presented. In this case, the full amount will be refunded.
